No, the apartment does not have a separate living room. Instead there is a large dining table and kitchen area where the whole group can cook, eat and spend the evening together.
No. The entire second-floor apartment is always rented exclusively to your group.
Landshut station is about 650 metres from the apartment and reachable on foot in a few minutes. From there, a regional train to Munich takes around 40 minutes.
Yes, a baby cot is available on request, along with a high chair. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
This is possible on request. Please contact us with the date, the number of hóspedes and the type of occasion, and we will let you know whether it works for that particular period.
Yes. You can send us a direct enquiry by email instead of going through Airbnb. It is cheaper the direct price is never higher than on the platforms, usually a touch lower, and you have a direct line to us. On request we issue an invoice with German VAT shown separately. The process is simple: you send us your enquiry with your dates and the number of hóspedes, we confirm availability with a firm quote, and the booking is fixed with a deposit.
