Yes. All three properties issue companies one invoice with 7 percent German VAT shown separately for the accommodation service, addressed to your company. The booking company, the invoice recipient and the employees actually staying can be different parties, we record this at booking.
Which property fits a team of 10, 12 or 15 employees?
For teams of up to 15 employees (16 or more on request), the entire floor apartment Luitpoldstrasse 58 offers 9 separate bedrooms with 11 beds. For teams of up to 11 people, Apartment Rennweg 43 has 5 bedrooms. For teams of up to 9 people, Haus Ermlandweg 13 has 3 bedrooms and a garden.
Is there contractor or crew accommodation in Landshut with a company invoice?
Yes. All three properties also serve contractor and project teams: every employee gets their own room, plus one combined invoice with German VAT for the whole team instead of separate hotel bills.
Is any of these suitable as trade fair accommodation for Messe München?
